	Tested ‘User Management UI’ portion of Commerce Server 4.0, leveraging Windows 2000, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, ASP, VB, VBScript, and ADSI.
	Became familiar with the standard test methodology at Microsoft; finding, tracking, and regressing bugs in my area, developer/tester interactions, and standard test tools used.
	Upgraded an existing test case logging system from using a Microsoft Access back end database to use a SQL Server backend database providing a considerable performance gain

	Program applications and customized solutions using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic
	Implemented databases at several companies enabling computerized inventory management, ordering and invoicing, customer tracking, and various other standard business necessities.

Application Development

	Co-op position during freshman year of college while attending UW-Parkside.
	Designed, implemented, and supported an IP address management system to maintain addresses for Case’s worldwide network, a system still in use now.  [Microsoft Access]
	Improved several existing databases to ease use and automate repetitive tasks.
	Programmed several interactive voice response system applications for various Case departments, including a loan information system.
