Became familiar with the standard test methodology at Microsoft; finding, tracking, and regressing bugs in my area, developer/tester interactions, and standard test tools used.

Upgraded an existing test case logging system from using a Microsoft Access back end database to use a SQL Server backend database providing a considerable performance gain

Programmed several interactive voice response system applications for various Case departments, including a loan information system.
